I left the house only for Neurofeedback and brain coaching.  Not good.  I look outside but no desire to be out there.  Will try again today.

My checklist is working out well.  I am getting more and more done in a day versus thinking about what I need to do and not do it. I don’t know what happened to my running log since I only have records of my most recent activities, which isn’t much.  But, what I do have put a smile on my face – I have to keep trying…it’s all there is to it.
