Day 18, 19, 20 I was able to mark 10 items of my daily list. I am going to pat myself on the back because that’s an accomplishment for me, but day 21, today, is what I am really happy about. I left my house, ubered to Georgetown to meet a lovely friend for coffee and then went on a run. I ran 2.7 miles – Of course I had to stop because of the nausea but I tried to keep it at a minimum. The nausea came on .25 miles in, at about a 2 and it continued to climb up until mile 2 where it hit a 6, 7. I stopped multiple times and had to stop for a minute or two when it got worse, but still managed to do it. My goal for this week is to at least exercise 3 times and be happy with myself.
